Our core business is the reconditioning of 3D printers on behalf of our clients, machine manufacturers.

But it happens that a machine cannot be reconditioned to the level of the contractual quality standard (typically: the original packaging is missing, etc.) and in this case, we are able to resell the machine under clearly defined conditions. , communicating precisely the status of the machine and what to expect.

And whatever happens, you have the right to 14 days of withdrawal, the return costs remaining at your expense.

1. Definitions

Each of the terms mentioned below will have the following meaning in these General Conditions of Sale of the Service (hereinafter referred to as the “CGV”):

Announcement: designates all visual, textual, audio elements and data, photographs and drawings.

Refurb3D:(registered trademark) designates the service operated by the company Tours 3D Services, SAS with capital of 60,000 euros, registered in the Tours trade and companies register under number 891773467 whose head office is located at 10 rue Blanqui, 37000 Tours .

Customer service : designates the service from which the customer can obtain any additional information. This service can be contacted by email info@refurb3D.com or by telephone at +33.24.65.52.21.

Website : designates the website www.refurb3D.com and allows Users to access our services via the internet and in particular the machines offered for sale.

User: designates any visitor who has access to the Website.

Customer : designates a user who has purchased a product from Refurb3D.

2. Purpose

These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) establish the contractual conditions applicable from the Website.

3. Acceptance

Any transaction and in particular the acquisition of a used machine constitutes full acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions in force.

4. Price

The prices applied are those in force on the day of purchase of a machine, established on a case-by-case basis by the Refurb3D team taking into account the particular condition of the machine put up for sale. Refurb3D reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

5. Payment and billing

Payment can be made by credit card from the Website, and only by credit card.

Payment is due when ordering, and its full irrevocable execution is prior to any shipment of the product.

Any payment will result in an invoice sent, on request, to the email address indicated during the purchase.

6 Refund and Withdrawal

6.1 Reimbursement

Any refund can only take place by the same means of payment as the payment initially received or by creating a voucher valid for items available on our site at the time of use of this voucher, valid for 90 days after its issue date

6.2 Withdrawal

In application of articles L 221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) clear days to withdraw.

7. Liability, Force majeure

Refurb3D cannot be held liable in the event of non-execution or poor execution of the order due, either due to the Customer or a case of force majeure.

8. Modification of the General Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions are applicable from January 15, 2022.

Refurb3D reserves the right, at any time, to modify the General Terms and Conditions in whole or in part.

Customers are invited to regularly consult the T&Cs in order to be aware of the changes made.

9. Miscellaneous provisions

If part of the General Terms and Conditions proves to be illegal, invalid or inapplicable, for any reason whatsoever, the provisions in question will be deemed unwritten, without calling into question the validity of the other provisions which will continue to apply between the Customers and Refurb3D.

Any complaints must be addressed to Refurb3D Customer Service.

The General Conditions of Sale are subject to French law and European regulations, in particular the GDPR. And in accordance with article 6 of the European regulation on personal data, the customer consents to the use, transfer to partners (in particular online payment and transport of goods services) and processing of the data necessary for the proper functioning of the transaction and shipment of goods or services purchased on the website.
